The whisper module was developed by Qooqie to allow your marketing agency's branding to flow through the phone. The telephone operator hears a short audio clip prior to the call. An example is:

The telephone operator(s) will then know that this call comes from marketing efforts through the marketing agency.

How do you set the whisper?

• Access: When you are logged into the application you will see the heading whisper on the left side of the menu under modules.
• Turn on whisper: With one press of the button you turn on the whisper. The standard sound clip "this is a Qooqie call" is played.
• Your own sound clip: You can also upload your own sound clip in your own branding, we have a tool for this or you can say something yourself.
