Switching to Qooqie is very simple. For this, we have put together a package so that it is clear what steps are taken.
1. Inventory
Initially we will look at which websites are going to be transferred, together we will look at which phone numbers on the website need to be measured, so that this can be taken into account for making offers. It will also be determined whether all traffic on the website should be measured or only a number of channels (e.g. Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, ect). If there are special requirements beyond the standard integrations with Google Ads, Google GA4, Microsoft Ads, Hubspot, LEF, etc and our API capabilities, we will include this in the quotation process.
2. Cost Overview
After the inventory, a quote is provided to the end client and can be chosen to run the billing through the marketing agency or directly to the end client. Upon agreement, the flag goes up!
3. Preparation
During preparation for the transition, the following items are arranged in advance:
- all current call tracking numbers are mapped
- the porting request of the phone numbers is submitted
- After approval** the final start date will be known
- the account is prepared by logging in via the website
- the destinations are added in the account
- appropriate channels to measure are selected
- Google Ads and Microsoft Ads will be linked
- The desired attribution model is chosen
- Google GA4 being set up
- Determine which calls are or are not sent to Analytics
- script is put on the website
- domain is verified
- Dynamic call tracking is turned off
- everything is ready for conversion
** the numbers are owned by the end customer and can be ported at any time
4. Conversion
Everything is prepared and on the day of the conversion the numbers are ported (goes real time so no downtime of number reachability) then dynamic call tracking is turned on and we are live !
