Can you tell what sets Eye-C apart from other online marketing agencies?

"The biggest advantage is that we actually have everything in-house. Not only do we specialize in the marketing field, but we also build custom websites ourselves. We have one or more specialists for each field. This allows us to completely unburden our customers from A to Z."

In what ways does Qooqie contribute to your performance?

"First and foremost, we obviously use your call tracking software for measuring telephone conversions and optimizing campaigns. In addition, I advise many of my clients to also use Qooqie for training their staff. The way you answer the phone and make calls has a lot of influence on the conversions you realize over the phone. Using your 'call recording' module, we listen back together with the client. We then discuss areas for improvement, so that they can make more quotations and ultimately win more orders. Thanks to our approach, some customers have started to train their staff better. When you then see that 10% more quotations are accepted, that's incredibly cool."

What is the biggest benefit of Call Tracking for you?

"Being able to measure conversions is essential for an online marketing agency. Ideally, of course, you want 100% measurability. Even if a customer realizes many conversions over the phone. Without call tracking, you miss a lot of data, so you can't attribute those conversions to specific channels. Call tracking also gives you a more complete picture of the cost per conversion."
