Partner speaking: Charley from Vsee Search Marketing

Marketing agencies come in all shapes and sizes. Each has its own approach. Vsee Search Marketing, short for Vsee (which is pronounced "Vision"), from Deventer is an online marketing agency whose enthusiasm shines through. That does not surprise you, when you see their colorful website. We interviewed Charley Vermij, Online Marketing Manager at Vsee about how she brings the performance of her clients to great heights. And of course about the role call tracking plays in this.

Introducing

"My name is Charley, and I have been working at Vsee for about 3.5 years now. Here I fulfill the role of Online Marketing Manager. In practice, it means that I am the contact person for some of our clients. My main task is to spar with clients about their strategy, business goals, and how we can translate this into an online marketing strategy. Of course, the best part is when the plans we come up with together actually work in practice. Does it not work right away? Then we make adjustments and ensure that it is still a success! Organizations that are clients of ours are often with us for the long term. We are very proud of that! We like to seek the personal side and share our knowledge. That is really where Vsee stands out. We are not an agency of: 'you ask, we turn'. We take clients by the hand and explain in understandable language why we do what we do."

"With Call Tracking, you avoid missing important data."

Call Tracking is one of the tools you use. How do you decide if this is interesting for a client? Charley: "We use call tracking with a certain selection of customers if it enables us to execute campaigns more successfully. In the moving industry, for example, (potential) customers are quick to pick up the phone. If you're moving, you want information, and people often do that over the phone. With those customers, we use it specifically to get the information out and evaluate campaigns partly on that basis. At reporting times, I always look in the Qooqie dashboard to see how things have gone over the past period. For myself and the specialists, it is valuable to make the link with actual Google Ads campaigns. That way you can see which keywords actually produced a conversion. If I rely only on my quote requests and don't measure telephone conversions, I miss a lot of data."

The phone always delivers more conversions than companies think

So call tracking has a lot of impact on the moving industry. Suppose you didn't measure contact moments for customers in this industry. What would be the consequences? Charley: "For customers, it's not always clear what the effect of a campaign is. If we can show them what call tracking actually produces, how many sessions there have been, how many calls and especially the percentage of visitors who call, you give them a lot more insight. The percentage of callers is quite high in the moving industry. If you look in Ads purely at the quote requests, and you calculate your conversion rate based on that, then you have an incomplete picture. We are not surprised by a conversion ratio of over 10% when you look at the Google Ads campaigns in this industry. Without call tracking, this would not have been insightful."

Qooqie's guidance and commitment make the difference

Thank you for this interview Charley! But I have one more question. Why exactly did Vsee choose Qooqie as its call tracking partner? Charley: "We have been a partner of Qooqie before. At one point we made the switch to another provider, but we eventually came back to you. The main reason is that the level of information sharing and your commitment make the difference. When you start with call tracking, you need some guidance to discover all the possibilities and interpret all the data correctly. The guidance we receive from your team is just strong. We came back to Qooqie for that reason, and that won't change anytime soon. We are often lived by the delusion of the day. Then it's always nice to have someone to take a moment to catch your eye and make it clear that you guys are there and can do something for us."
